Life Before CrossFit
Cody Mooney was born and raised in a small town in York County, Maine. Similar to a lot of small-town young boys, he was quite energetic. His parents had their hands full with him and his sister as they were constantly running around the house barefoot.

He also qualified for the Eastern Regionals where he became a part of the top 10 finishers. In the same year, Cody was a part of Team Swagith Moondini, which finished 9th overall in the team series.
