What It’s All About?
Today we will be reviewing the Aleader men’s lightweight cross sports sneakers. An up-and-coming product on the market, these sneakers are gaining popularity with rave reviews across the board. We’re about to find out if they live up to the hype.
There are a number of features of Aleader Shoes that you’ll want to be aware of. Here are just a few of the main highlights.
This extremely lightweight midsole provides excellent bounce-back and durability, whether you’re running the London marathon or walking to the store.
OPEN MESH CONSTRUCTION
The upper part of the shoe and the hole in the sole gives far superior breathability to other sports shoes, thus they tend to dry much faster than many of their competitors.
COMFORDRY SOCK LINER
This portion of the sneaker creates a much healthier, cooler and dryer shoe environment while still giving peak cushioning performance, making for a far more comfortable experience.

What We Liked
- The functionality is great. The way the sole is designed to expand out from under the base grips on the awkward ground protects the sides of the mesh.
- They are incredibly light on the feet, reducing the overall stress and demand on the user.
- Comfortable. Although they are very light shoes, the soles make it feel like you’re walking on clouds.
- Stylish, even though they are not a “top brand” we were very impressed with the overall look of these sneakers.
- We couldn’t go wrong with a pair as the price is significantly less than other options currently on the market.
What We Didn’t Like
- Size issues, we recommend ordering one or maybe even two sizes bigger than you think. This is possibly due to smaller Asian sizes.
- Durability. when these shoes are worn consistently on a regular basis for extended periods, they will wear heavily (as expected from the cost).
- Tight laces. Due to the lightweight design, lace them up as loose as possible to prevent pressure on your foot.
What do People Think about Aleader Shoes?
“They look and feel great. Assuming that they hold up for at least a few months, I”ll be buying more pairs of them. Can’t beat the price and they’re perfect for walks, sports with the kids, or at the gym.”
“Maybe the best pair of fitness shoes that I’ve ever owned. They’re super light in weight, have some excellent traction, and are a great price, like 1/4 of some of the other athletic shoes I’ve had in the past.”
“Really cheap, but strangely, don’t seem super low in quality. I’ve had them for a few months now and they’re holding up well, despite wearing them almost every day.”
What to Expect with Aleader Shoes
So, when a pair of these sneakers have been ordered, what should you expect? The first thing to remember is that these are not top of the line, so definitely don’t expect miracles.
We believe, however, that they are an extremely shrewd purchase and a very high-quality product for their price. So one can expect not to feel it in their pocket. You can also expect to walk, run, cross-train, cycle and do almost any work out in extreme comfort, while almost forgetting that they are on your feet.
Who Is It For?
As mentioned earlier in the review this is an extremely versatile, stylish and cheap product. There are lots of us that will be attracted to Aleader Shoes and will want to purchase them.
But the big question is, will they be the correct lightweight sports shoe for you?
Let’s start with the basic stuff. For road running; we found these sneakers to excel due to (as mentioned before) the extremely lightweight quality, comfort, and breathability. So that you can really rack up the miles without realizing it.
However, if you’re seriously into running, you’ll probably want to stick with a specialized pair of shoes that can offer a bit more cushioning than these ones. Here are some of our top recommendations:
CROSS COUNTRY AND HILL RUNNING
Next, we will mention the cross country and hill running. A much more demanding sport both for the athlete and the sneaker, but again, we found the Aleader shoe to do very well in this area. This was due to the functionality and design of the sole and how it is able to flex and expand on difficult terrain.
For cross training and general gym cardio, these trainers are perfect for all of the above and for the style if you are into that.
Even if you’re not a fitness fanatic, this can be an ideal product. All together the comfort, style, price, and functionalities make them a very good option for a simple stroll in the park. The one area that I would have reservations about are weight lifters and bodybuilders. Even though they too are fitness fanatics in their own way, the danger element played on our minds.
We wouldn’t want to drop 200 lbs plus on our feet for pretty obvious reasons, and there are already many safe and purpose-built products on the market for this area of fitness.
Instead, consider a sturdier that shoe that’s a bit more up to the challenge:

What about CrossFit with Aleader Shoes?
If you’re interested in CrossFit, you may want to know whether or not these shoes are right for your next WOD. If you ask your trainer, or take a look around your CrossFit box, you’ll see a variety of shoes. You can find everything from minimal shoes like these Aleader ones to heavier shoes designed for weightlifting.
Of course, most people stick with traditional cross training shoes or CrossFit shoes. The main reason for this is that you might encounter just about anything during this kind of workout: sprints, jumps, rope climbs, and lifts. You’ll need a sneaker that can stand up to the challenge.
What about Aleader shoes? Some people do certainly use minimalist shoes like these ones for this style of workout (Xero Shoes and the New Balance Minimus are some popular options). If you fall into category, then you may want to consider this cheaper alternative.
However, if you’ve tried minimal shoes before and found that they didn’t work that well for you, these ones probably won’t. Instead, you’ll want to consider one of the tried and true CrossFit shoe options here:
The Takeaway on Aleader Shoes
In conclusion, there is one particular phrase that comes to mind when thinking about the Aleader sneakers, and it’s “a bang for your buck.”
We have never seen such a versatile product on the market that offers all these features for anywhere near the same price. You receive comfort, functionality, style, and lightweight breathability which is great for preventing odor.
To sum it all up they are everything that most sports shoes want to be, and so much more. We believe that they raise the bar in their sector. They are not the best quality that money can buy, but they are about 75 percent cheaper than the market leaders. It makes us think that maybe we shouldn’t focus solely on the big brands.
