Brooke Ence was Born on the 10th of August 1989 in California. She studied dance at the University of Utah. Brooke Ence is a fitness trainer and regional CrossFit champion. She has also made appearances in movies, such as Wonder Woman. She runs a blog with fitness, health, and beauty tips written by herself.
CrossFit is a newly emerged sporting and fitness regimen rising in popularity throughout the world. It was founded in the year 2000 by Greg Glassman and Lauren Jenai. With CrossFit, the emphasis is on combining speed and power, in functional activities. It can include many different things, such as plyometrics, powerlifting, indoor rowing, running, and other aerobic exercises, all together.
A typical competition will include specific activities not known to the competitors before the event. The idea is to measure overall functional speed, strength, technique, and fitness. The combination of fitness and brute force is a critical metric that is lacking in many other competitive sports. They either test only strength and speed or fitness and speed. While CrossFit challenges both your speed, fitness and power all at the same time.
Let’s get into the details about one of our favourite female CrossFit stars, Brooke Ence. You may also know her at Brooke Ence, Wonder Woman after playing a role in the 2017 movie. She’s also appeared in a TV series, Black Lightning.

The Switch from Dancing
Following the footsteps of her older siblings, Brooke had an early interest in dancing, gymnastics, and swimming. After some time spent pursuing a professional dancing career, she turned her attention to competing in CrossFit competitions. In her rookie year in 2015, she placed 1st in the California regional competition and 14th at the CrossFit games. This achievement was out of an original field of over 100,000 competitors.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
For a beginner, quality is much better than quantity. Too many people rush into it, looking to impress others and themselves with how much they can lift. Focus on training up your muscle memory to perfect the correct techniques first. Then worry about building up the quantity.
KEEP A JOURNAL
Keep a journal to track your progress in your lifts and performances. This record will give you targets to aim at as motivation and an excellent basis to plan for sustainable, reasonable, and realistic improvements. Without a written document, it is easy to take for granted the progress we have made in the past and to create unrealistic goals. Keep a sense of reality and perspective to your CrossFit training journey.

FIND A GOOD COACH
Find a good local CrossFit training group at which to take part. It is much easier to motivate and push yourself hard among other people with similar aims. It gives you extra inspiration and allows you to learn from their techniques and make some friends along the way.
Of course, a good CrossFit coach can provide some expert advice on things like technique, diet, equipment, etc.

Brooke Ence CrossFit Diet
Brooke has a high protein and low-fat diet for her training. She gets her protein from eggs, bacon, grilled chicken, and steak. Non-Fat Greek yogurt adds some extra protein as well as healthy bacteria for the gut. Carbohydrates are also crucial for steady energy levels. She has a combination of Brown Rice, Cereals, Oatmeal, Sweet Potato, and other vegetables to meet her dietary carbohydrate needs.
HIGH PROTEIN DIET
A high protein diet is critical if you want to gain muscle mass. A range of sources is best for variety. Eggs and chicken should be your primary sources. Don’t forget protein shakes 10-30 minutes after training also for optimum uptake of the nutrients.
A range of complex carbohydrates is required to maintain proper energy levels for all the intense workouts. Brown Rice, a variety of vegetables, and oatmeal should be staples in your diet.
Treat yourself at most 2 to 3 times a week with an indulgent treat, such as a cake or chocolate bar. A few treats is fine to keep your motivation up. But, no more than this, or the detrimental effects on your body shape will begin to emerge.

Brook Ence is a great inspiration to anyone interested in health and fitness. Her hard work and dedication paid off with a meteoric rise into stardom. The life of a CrossFit competitor is tough and requires total commitment. From the dietary needs to the multiple intense training routines every day. On top of this, it requires an intelligent approach to self-improvement. With patience and discipline, we can all make great strides forward in this way.
We can learn from Brooke Ence that we should place no limits on our goals and aspirations based on what others think and expect of us. A woman can be both firm in mind and strong in body and proud of it. Her beauty shines through in her optimistic, and positive take on life, and her beautiful body is a natural extension of this.
The modern world offers opportunities to pursue success in many fields if you are willing to put in the hard-working hours. Brooke Ence is a testament to this as a successful Cross Fit trainer, competitor, and actress.
