Reebok CrossFit Sprint Review
The Reebok CrossFit Sprint for Men is one of the best CrossFit shoes for men. Reebok is known to make some of the best CrossFit gear on the market today, including the CrossFit Nano Pump and the CrossFit Nano Series. The Reebok CrossFit Sprint Training Shoe for Men make a really solid pick if you’re looking for a CrossFit shoe to use in workouts that are heavy on the running.
More Flexible than the CrossFit Nano
When you read the reviews about the CrossFit Nano series, you’ll often see that they’re too stiff for running and your feet will feel pretty uncomfortable in them. If you have the same opinion of the CrossFit Nano series, then check out the Reebok CrossFit Sprint Training Shoe for Men.
Very Light in Weight
This shoe is very light (255 grams), has a heal-to-toe drop made for running(3mm), as well as an outsole pattern that will grip the roads or the gym floor extremely well. Basically, it’s a top-quality running shoe that can also perform well with some light weights, rope climbing and jumping. These shoes also mould to your feet and offer a custom fit, from the first time that you wear them. No break in period? We love it!

What Do People Think About the CrossFit Sprint Shoe?
—>Read More Customer Reviews and Ratings Here<—
“Super light and ready for running. But, also sturdy enough to handle some jumping and lifting like you’d have during a normal CrossFit workout. Overall, a very nice shoe and I like that it’s a bit less heavy duty than the Nano 9 or something like the Nike Metcons.”
“A great workout shoe for the gym. They’re light enough for running and cardio machines, but also ideal for lifting because they’re flatter than regular running shoes. Durable and the outer doesn’t all get torn up on rope climbs too.”
“If you want a good CrossFit, or training shoe, these ones should be at the top of your list. Very durable and also quite stylish. Besides CrossFit, I use mine for T25 and HIIT workouts.”
Comfort:
The Reebok CrossFit Sprint for Men is a very comfortable shoe. Similar to other running shoes, they’re designed for comfort. They offer some serious cushioning and a nice fit so that your feet will stay cool, comfortable and dry. The feature that we like the best about this shoe is the mid-foot wrap, which offers a customized fit right from the start. We love it and we’re sure you will too!
Running:
This is a top-quality shoe from Reebok that is designed for all-round workouts. The 3mm heel-to-toe drop is not ideal for serious runners. However, the shoes are very light which will reduce overall fatigue. If you’re doing a CrossFit workout that is heavy on the running, sprinting, or other forms of cardio, this is the shoe for you! And it may perform better for you in this regards than some of the heavier, sturdier CrossFit shoe options.
That said, if you plan to run your next marathon in these shoes, it may not be the best idea. These shoes are too heavy and the heel to toe differential is not high enough. You’ll want a very light pair of sneakers that’s designed for only forward motion and with a heel toe drop of closer to 10 mm.
You’ll want a pair of running shoes, instead of these ones, which are more gym workout shoes.
Weightlifting:
The Reebok CrossFit Sprint for Men is considered a cross-training shoe, but it leans more toward a running shoe than lifter. However, it’s a not a straight running shoe which means that it does have enough stability which allows you to lift weights with them.
Weight-lifting shoes have minimal heel-to-toe drop, and this one has only 3mm. If you’re looking to lift some light weights during the course of a CrossFit workout, this shoe will be able to handle it. However, if you’re looking to do some serious weightlifting, we recommend the following:

These trainers are an excellent option for all kinds of workouts where you’ll be doing a bit of everything, but that lean towards the sprinting and jumping. They’re reasonably flexible and light in weight, but the 3 mm drop means that you’ll also be able to get deep enough into squats or deadlifts.
