Many CrossFit athletes swear by the frog shoes we know as Vibram Five Fingers, and for the most part, they fit the criteria. Five fingers’ flexibility lends well to your ability to spread your toes and adjust to weight changes which provides both stability and agility in many exercises.
As they do lack in cushioning, it may get some getting used to with high impact exercise like box jumps. Additionally, there does seem to be a consensus on the stink factor; they do!
